Partner Visa

Do you need a visa to bring your partner, spouse, de facto or fiancée to Australia?If you do, then you need one of the visas in the Partner Visa Class. The Partner Visa Class in the Family Stream enables Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their partners to join them in Australia. This is applicable to fiancé(e), spouse, and de facto partners.

Student Visa

If you wish to study in a registered full-time course in Australia or wish to provide care and support for a visa student holder who is under 18 please contact us for more information. Temporary Graduate Visa

The Temporary Graduate Visa is designed for international students who have recently graduated from an Australian educational institution. It allows the visa holder to work, live and study temporarily after they have finished their studies.

Bridging Visa

Non-Australian citizens present in Australia may be eligible for a Bridging Visa that provides temporary lawful status in Australia for the visa holder in certain circumstances, such as: While awaiting a decision to grant or refuse a visa; Awaiting the outcome of a review of a decision; or While making arrangements for their departure from Australia. Refugee and Humanitarian Visa

Temporary Protection visa (subclass 785) allows a person who engages Australia’s protection obligations and arrived in Australia illegally, to stay in Australia temporarily for a period up to 3 years. This visa does not allow you to apply for a permanent visa.
